You will need to use Java to use the application.

SOM (Simple Organization Map): a new versatile way of looking at your whole process. Using dimensionality reduction, all dimensions are squeezed into a point, a point that reflects the WHOLE set of data at any given point. Now you don't have to rely ONLY of the MOST important factors. Now you see the factors that are having an IMPORTANT effect.

To request a demo, send us a zip file with data in a csv format to demo(at)wholesense.com. Include your name, company and phone number.

You will receive a mini-run version to try our technology with your data.

To facilitate the mini-run version, columns and rows need to follow this pattern:

  1. First row, second column: insert cell codes in any order horizontally.
  2. Second row, second column: insert cell description for any code (or copy from first row)
  3. First and second row, first column: empty
  4. Third row: empty
  5. First column, third row and below: insert time in any format vertically
  6. Second column and beyond: insert measurements
  7. Save the format in csv.

  1. I can’t run the system

•        Check if you have java installed

•        Close all your windows and click on the view.bat

•        Check that you have extracted the files

  1. Where are the views?

•        The open frames are displayed under window, the frames that are not open are displayed under file

•        Some views are not available for the demo version: process view and notifier

  1. Can I add more data?

•        You need to send us the new set of data so we can send you the mini-run version

  1. Why can’t I use another format?

•        Currently you can only use the demo version on data saved under csv

  1. Can I change time lags and correlation’s in the demo version?

•        Yes, you can do so at the main frame, you will see the results at once in the other frames

  1. The signal view is not working

•        Click on the zoom to display the graphs

  1. The system shuts when I am testing time lags

•        If you use a time lag that is larger than the data set, the system shuts.

  1. Can I share the demo version?

•        The demo version is for evaluation purposes. Distribution is limited to those who are authorized to receive the zip file.
